Director & Head Teacher

Ying Zhang Fowler is a Mandarin teacher born in mainland China who has been teaching Mandarin to adults and children for the past 18 years in New York, Seattle, and now in Silverdale (Kitsap) as well.  She and her husband, Michael, parent their two young daughters.
